Generally,not a pretty sight. Most people would think that Haiti was a beautiful beach, (and they would have been right). Survivors are left homeless, and have to seek refuge in tents. Normally at night, Port-Au-prince is bustling with tourists and locals,but now the whole island is eerily quiet. The worst  hit buildings have been schools. Wikipedia thinks that the amount of dead people range from 30,000 to 10,000!
