US Election

With the US election coming up, I thought that I should explain the basics.

Firstly the two parties, the Democrats and the Republicans, must select a candidate to run for president. The main two candidates vying for the democratic nomination are Hillary Clinton and Barrack Obama while the two Republican candidates vying for the place are John Mccain and Mike Huckabee. The voting system is that whoever gets the most votes in a state given the allotted amount of electoral votes for that state. Whoever gets the most electoral points wins, so technically George Bush did get less votes than the other candidate but he did get more electoral votes.
